The key to this movement is achieving a low, wide base, being in a ready position to receive the ball. This is exercise is also great to get the heart rate beating.
All you need is a partner and a tennis ball. A perfect exercise to do at home or in the garden. To challenge your partner, experiment with different angles, spin and pace.
Run through the exercise 3 times per person, 30 seconds each time.
