So what do you need? A racket, a ball and a wall…plus control.
Challenge 1 – to achieve as many volleys as you can in 30 seconds
Challenge 2 – time to get a bit more technical. First for your forehand, play one volley then respond with a half volley. It is important to always be on the move to close the space to play the volley shot. 30 seconds forehand, 30 seconds backhand.
