The holiday season is upon us; a time of relaxing with friends and family, eating well and giving and receiving presents. We at Sweatband.com understand the importance of orders being delivered on time before the big day arrives, and we take pride in ensuring customers get an excellent experience when ordering from us.
To this end, we have collated all the important information about deliveries over the Christmas and New Year period 2016-17. This guide will explain how to understand the info and know what you can expect for each product you want to purchase. So read on below to find out what you need to know.
Check Product Pages
Since we sell 1000s of products ranging from nose clips to 150kg exercise machines, we use a number of different couriers to fulfill deliveries, including next day delivery services and expert 2-man delivery teams. Each company will offer different service levels and operate on different dates over the festive period.
We highly recommended double-checking the cut-off dates for receiving the products you want before Christmas, and also checking when products ordered after the Christmas cut-offs will arrive. Some delivery companies will deliver between Christmas and New Year and some will restart deliveries in January.
To do this, scroll down to the delivery information section on the pages of the products you’re interested in. You’ll see the Christmas and New Year deliver information followed by the “standard” info for every product.
To make sure you get nothing but smiles on faces, before ordering you need to check stock availability along with the cut-off info mentioned above.
Stock availability info is displayed beneath the price, to the right of the product images. If you’re looking at an item with options such as size or colour then you need to choose the options you require and then the correct availability status will show, like on this example:
Please note that last order cut-off dates and courier working days are provided to us by the couriers themselves. Most of them will have a margin of error included, but there may be some unfortunate factors beyond our control that affect deliveries and cause delays, for example poor weather or vehicle breakdowns.
As always, our customer service team will be on hand to help you with any questions or queries you may have.
Thank you for shopping with us and we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
