Badminton Conditioning Drill | Core Workout

Our Sweatband Coach, Tom Wolfenden shared with us some handy exercises excellent for strengthening your core. Tom is a professional badminton coach with great knowledge and experience.

Having a strong core really helps when playing badminton. Perfect for a home workout session, the exercises presented in the video are great for badminton players on all levels who want to improve their game.

This core circuit consists of 4 exercises:

1. Plank

2. Side Plank Dips

3. Russian Twists

4. Alternate Leg V-sits

Repeat each of them for around 45 seconds before resting for 15 seconds. We advise to do the circuit at least 3 times.
